neck is connecting way too far to the right, also the clavicles are pointing the wrong direction, foreshortening on her right (our left) arm is mucked up to where it looks way too short, overall the pose and drawing feels very stiff, the boobs are facing toward the viewer while her ribcage is facing almost at a 3/4ths view, also look into arm anatomy, you're making a classic mistake on the shoulder muscle of the arm holding the whip handle, whole thing feels flat

You have the same problem that is and i'll tell you what we both need to do to fix it: Learn facial structure. It'll help. It's helping me already. Study that, study faces, then go back to stylization.
Cause your coloring itsself is not the problem here, your understanding of facial structure is what's giving the colored version that uncanny valley feeling.

nice drawings, the only things that stick out to me is the rifles. The one on the left is a hk416, usually the ejection port should be on the right side. The one on the right the optics dont make sense. You drew the eotech then the magnifier, its should be the other way around, then again this can be a stylized choice. Its subjective but alot of gun and /k/ fags will notice the attention to realism. Little details will go a long way.

So basically, you are correct. DEAD CENTER correct. even your eotech ref image is identical as mine. thought my drawing is not big enough to identify small things such as sight, but you did it.
My ref photo for HK416 was in wrong direction, so I mirrored image, then drew from that. without knowing that ejection port is also flipped. I know it's not generally correct to draw like that, but it's easy to miss. Also, HK416 in my drawing is little bit short. don't you think? too short.
I laughed myself that I've been misunderstanding how magnifier works in hybrid sight. so apparently, magnifier comes closer to my eye, not further. silly me. Thank you for mentioning.

Even if you're going for big hands try and make a curvature more apparent in the wrist holding the mace.

Try experimenting with concave shapes for the arms, they'll make them look more feminine and the muscle transitions smoother (and again more feminine)

This stylization thing is really fucking hard. I've been trying to make a stylized drawing of a girl from the dorm that I sometimes see in the halls. She is small and cute, she's like a cute mouse: Her face is sorta squashe like an elipsoid shape or something with button nose and she has those frizzy hair like hermione did in the first hp movie but black. Also wears glassess that literally are the same shape like her head. I've already fucking tore through 6 pages of sketches and I either make her into a rodent or she's not cute enough. How do I deal? I did not think this would be so fucking hard especially since she already looks like a cartoon character irl.
Pic related are my closest sketches. Messy, I know, It was already an hour of sketching and I was kinda mad and tired. The one on the right is a bit too sexy and bold but it's nice and round. The left one is really closer in cuteness but it's not eound enough. I feel like her cheeks should be higher to make it rounder but all attempts fail.
I guess I'm asking for advice? I don't even know, I guess I just wanted to vent my frustrations to someone.

It seems like you have a lot of trouble with hair and cloth, and I would soften the edge of the front plane of the face, considering it's a grill. Some line weight to make the image read better would do wonders here. I like this but it's hard to look at without line weight and anything to make it seem less crowded.

It's not a cop out, it's how people fucking stand when they're just standing around. If you're going to draw a character standing and not doing much it would look awkward and unbalanced if you didn't have the feet pointing slightly away from each other. There's no reason to make the drawing look retarded just to avoid using a common pose that's common because it's how people really stand. Even if you draw them running or a number of other poses you're going to end up with the feet pointing away from each other often. It looks better, it occurs naturally, get over it.

The girl doesn't really fit in well with that pose. Might be because you just scalee her up and didn't change her pose. By the looks of it, she should be kneeling in the water instead of standing. Or if she is standing then we should see more from her legs.
