I recommend getting paint tool sai, what you want to do is isolate an area to color it a different color to imitate lighting and shading effects. Sai has really, really good isolation tools. I can do it friday. But you should try to draw it by yourself. To make smooth lines I use gimp and the way tool, the one who looks like to an ink pen. For shading ask some help to the others drawfriends they are more competent than me. ^^
