i couldn't change my themes for shit on it. i had the home version and none of the theme patches worked for it. my visual novels wouldn't work on it either. and translation aggregator would lock up so i couldn't hover over it. also besides being fast there is no point in having it.

Because it's still an unfinished OS that doesn't work well on some hardware. If you're unlucky enough to have bad drivers, you're wasting your time and should just use an earlier Windows version instead of troubleshooting. They also push it too aggressively, which is annoying.
Because its fucking gay. Take just now for instance. It FORCED me to update, took a fucking hour and a half, and when it finally "updated" the sound icon was gone from the taskbar. So, I tried doing it the old, simple way, by dragging it from control panel down to the task bar, and nothing but a red "cannot go there" icon came up. Everything about it just so fucking shit from the "mobile phone layout" to its insistance on calling fucking everything an "app".
