>OH NO, HELP ME!
>MY GLASS PHONE IS FRAGILE!

What a stunning revelation. Glass is fragile, and a mobile device that encounters a lot of different and tough environments suffers damage. Same as iPhones have/do, Galaxy Devices have/do, and nearly 90% of other smart phones out there have/do.
Next up, on the Obvious News Network: PCs with high wattage PSUs raise electric bills! And our expose on how your Ultra-Thin laptop just isn't user-friendly to repair!

This just is: expensive luxury items tend to be delicate. More never, because everybody fucking knew this already.
>>
>>51260079
Probably sat down with it in front pocket and their body bent it.
>>
>>51260622
Diamond is the most expensive and hardest thing that exists.
>>
>>51262253
Lel Ive sat on my Motorola Nexus 6 and no bend or breaks. This is just cheap junk.
>>
>>51262281
Diamond is the hardest metal known to man?
>>
>>51262330

No, that would be DragonForce.
>>
>>51262330
Diamond isn't even a metal you fucking retard
>>
>>51262281
What's is Lonsdaleite.
>>
>>51262362
>>51262330

>>

>Diamond
>Not a metal

Someone didn't attend their Chemistry class. Or they didn't pay attention in school.

A lot of people in this thread are missing the main point. These phones are cracking with very little pressure and in some cases, on their own. Let's make sure we're shitting on the phone for the right reasons.
>>
>>51260079
It doesn't seems to be a crack due to a drop
>>
>>51262281
not as hard as my dick when i bang ur mom

Maximum Google damage control
>>
>YFW Apple is threatened by Google's dominance in Nexus devices so they have to shill out "OMG, IT BROKE. ETC" when it was intentional on their part

Tim Cock, just admit it... Apple will die in your lifetime. Google will never DIE!
>>
>>51260261
>>51260622
Wow, first two posts are hardcore damage control, well guess what fagtards, other phones don't have this problem. It's not a feature, and it's not a typical expectation of owning a smartphone.

>>51262281
Hard ≠ tough.
Wood isn't hard, but it is fairly tough because it will flex under pressure instead of snapping.
Glass is hard, but will shatter if too much pressure is applied.
Diamonds can't be scratched because few things are harder than them, but they can be smashed with a regular iron hammer, because while soft, iron is also very tough.
This is why you can't cut things like meat or fish with bones in it with ceramic knifes, they'll chip or crack almost immediately because bones are extremely tough.
>>
Some of the 6p screens I've seen appear to be thermal shock cracks. Possibly a few bad shipments?
>>
>>51262281
>most expensive
Artificially expensive. De Beers just wants more money and they know idiots will cough it up because "diamonds are forever". Seriously go buy a diamond and then try to sell it immediately it will have lost 5/6 of its value
>>
>>51262281
>Diamond is the most expensive
Raw or market? Because both are wrong.

Raw diamonds are like $0.25 each. They are only expensive consumer-side because DeBeers is literally a cartel.
>>
>>51264292
Could be because it's winter now
>use phone before you leave house in the morning
>phine runs hot and its nice and warm inside
>leave house
>your lagshit device shatters in your pocket because it's freezing outside thus thermal shock
>lagshit. Not, even, once.
