And if you had a tiny bit of intelligence in your meme heads you would just check the reviews of the 970 ITX which has almost exactly the same TDP.... Aaand you would see the card stays pretty cool while being as loud as a 970 strix under load. And because it stays pretty cool with stock setting you can tweak it a little and get it even more silent.

The problem with it being an itx card is it doesn't have a blower style cooler on it that most itx cases need, which is why i'd pop an AIO cooler on it or get on of those universal gpu blocks

Tiny poorly ventilated itx cases. Most "gamer" itx cases these days can fit standard sized video cards of 280-300mm, what other reason would you go with an itx specific card?
But hey it's not like i didn't already thing about that, hell most reviewer wouldn't do testing in that use case anyways
