You should be able to boot into safe mode with Ubuntu, mount root and do sudo apt-get remove nvidia-352.. google for details

press f8 to go into safemode when booting up your pc then uninstall it.

If you can't boot into Safe Mode then your installation needs to be nuked anyway.
Nvidia drivers are the least of your worries.
