So, I think I may be experiencing a bottleneck here, but I am not very good with computers. Which is why I am here, I have a Radeon HD 7950 and AMD FX(tm)-8350, which I think the gpu is bottlenecking my cpu but I am not sure. I could use the help, thanks /g/!

There will always be a bottleneck . That card and cpu combo should be fine

If you are playing below 1080p res, you will be cpu bound and amd fx cpus are not powerful enough for low res gaming
