Alright so I have port forwarded and hosted servers hundreds of times. All the sudden I'm having issues here.
Manual port forwarding and UPnP are both not working it seems. I have a WNR2000v4 router (wired) and a motorola sb6183 modem. UPnP lists the port fine.
Firewalls are off and I don't use an antivirus.
Any suggestions?

I've tried 16261 (the game's default port) and 13818 (an arbitrary number). Neither work.
The TCP port in this pic >>55597166 is open just fine upon checking.
I've tried manually forwarding as two separate TCP and UDP, and as both in one. Neither are working.
Check router has hardware firewall and configure.
What service you using to check outside connectivity?
Why are you ising upnp? Is that necessary for port forwarding and if so is the service running in windows?
