Hey /g/ . Any of you heard of University of Rochester? I want to go there for CS but I'm no too sure if its good for that. Plus, it seems hard to get into. thoughts?

I know a guy there. Not too hard to get into honestly if you didn't dick around in high school, but you probably won't get a lot of money from them even with high test scores and a balanced portfolio. If you can afford it? Sure. If not? Get a CS degree somewhere else, this is the twenty first century, unless you actually give a shit about going into academia (or however you spell it) or some funky R&D shit, it just doesn't matter.
It's an ok school, I didn't go there because they gave me fuck all in the financial package six years ago.
