Add? almost nothing, the script already has pretty much everything you'd want included. But there's a lot of stuff that is clearly customized to a single person's needs, and the file says as much, too. Several store apps are commented out and won't be removed, same with onedrive. Some user folder shortcuts are removed, but others aren't. P2P update sharing is left on for local networks, and so on.
So again, if you run it on your computer, make sure to edit it so it fits to your needs. It's a simple process that shouldn't take more than 5 minutes.
