picked up several Panasonic Toughbook CF-50 laptops

what OS should I put on them? Was going to try RemixOS but USB booting isn't an option here and it won't work off a CD.

joli-os is discontinued

I don't care about linux unless I'm using an aircrack / slitaz distro to crack wifi

man I kinda wanted to install XP just because of all the shitty old tools I had for that OS, and just keep it airgapped

I have six of these cocksucks, I just need to order five more hdd caddies, five more charging cables (or just keep cycling through the one charger cable) and find five more hdds.

The hdd caddies you can get cheap knockoffs of, I got one genuine one to start. The cables range from $9 for garbage to $18-20 for a prw+ cable that won't burn your house down.

I don't know why I'm telling you guys this, you only care about thinkpads, but the cf-50 is a great way to have a semi-rugged laptop for under $90. There's the full on waterproofed ones aging out and becoming affordable too
