If you're going to pirate anyway, get Windows 10 Enterprise and just use a Toolkit to activate it.
Enterprise lets you turn off way spyware more shit and other annoyances including forced updates (Pro can only delay them a week).
You can even grab the long term version which stops the big updates every 6 months.
