i used to use stock dell matte black, but that had issues when i went too fast for it to handle
i tried a few more mice, logitech, steelseries, (razer as a joke and it was shit as expected)
i bought steelseries rival 100, and steelseries sensei raw
steelseries sensei raw and rival 100 are the same grams, 90, but the raw has a wider size. i find the rival 100 easy to move about in my hand, but the raw has the side buttons which work as mouse5-6-7 etcetera, and i can bind push to talk to
the rival100, as it has side buttons, cannot let you bind those side buttons as things like push to talk etc.
i'd prefer to use the rival 100 because of it's placebo lighter weight (not actually lighter just smaller surface area), but the sidebuttons on the raw are too good to give up
i play cpma competitively from time to time, and i'm getting really used to the raw in it
not a shill for steelseries either, id prefer to use the dell if it didnt have the glitches at high mouse speeds. (cant do flickshots which is essentially required in cpma)

I also use the G502, after 9 months the mousewheel is starting to occasionally scroll up once after I release it from scrolling down at sanic speeds but I don't have the build issue people complain about where its flimsy, the side mousewheel buttons are very firm and the wheel itself is a great modern touch on the old rubber wheel.
the mouse buttons are great and I haven't had double clicking which my old mouse was guilty of, the thumb rest is okay, the DPS button is quite pointless and the mouse itself is heavier than I'm used to.
overall I give it an 8/10, points being weighed heavily on how great the sensor is.

Apple understands this.
Avago 3050 or 3888?
I don't like Logitech's free scroll.

I brush up against it and there it goes. Jet engine noise is cool though.
>>55544247
You can switch it to non free, no?
>>55544172
I'm not sure, I bought it in a set that included the Siberia 200 headset and a QCK mousepad, all for $84. I really like it, way more than that G502. You can even set the color of the logo on the Rival 300

Noisy as shit.
>>55544286
You are just nitpicking now
>>55544263
Ok. Does it have a good sensor? Is it suitabke for one having the palm grip and small hands?
>>55544286
I kinda like the sounds desu

>>55544296
If it's something I'm going to be using for a long time, I'm going to be nitpicky.

Sensor is good. I have small hands and fingertip grip (right handed Asian manlet) and it's perfect for me.
mouse is deprecated

Been using the same one since early 2010 despite being quite rough with it (hitting hard objects when it falls, banging it to music, mouse only in ous) and it has served me very well.
Is starting to die though, will disconnect for a few seconds if the cord gets move wrong or pushed up against something at a bad angle. Mostly fixed it by rigging the excess cord at an angle that keeps the cord straight against the wall with thumb tacks. I'll probably just get a new one soon.
