I got a cheaper one for $14. I think I might get the Targus one with a built in USB hub.
Got myself a cheapo 3 fan can be height adjusted. By far the height adjustment is the best thing about it.

Oh my laptop doesn't over heat. it hits 89 when I play diablo 3 though. I didn't buy one for over heat issues. Just lower temps overall.
