How do I get a proxy to access 4chan under different flags? I cant seem to figure it out

Your proxy must be abused by bots. Either pay for a good proxy/VPN or buy a 4chan pass. You're unlikely to find a free proxy that recaptcha likes.

So your (free or cheap) proxy dumps all of their clients into one IP address.
Use a better one.
If you are not technically retarded, I'd suggest using a VPS service, just install a proxy server on a linux box somewhere in india or anywhere. It might even be mich cheaper, because you can turn off servers that you don't use at a given moment and don't pay then.
