I personally use tugabrowser since it has built in ad blocking and is also probably the fastest mobile browser. Isn't very lightweight though as it is based on chromium.

I tried it the other day with my new microG setup, that browser's UI is really fucking smooth, and pages load just as quick as Chrom/ium. I haven't checked the memory usage, but it's really fucking decent.
More updates couldn't hurt, though.
Naked is also a viable alternative for people with older phones, or just people who want even more performance out of their browsers.

Pure chromium is slower than caf builds
Tugabrowser is updated regularly (last update on june 18th) even if they are based on old chrome versions. So far there haven't been any major changes in chrome so even if the browser is a bit "outdated" it isn't missing anything.
Also, I've gotten so used to the faster speed that I can't switch back to anything else. I've tried using lightning several times but it is noticeably slower than Tuga.

Downloaded Lightning yesterday just to try and it's pretty good so far.
It just doesn't have a back/forward option like so many other shit mobile browsers.
Sure, there's the back button on the phone, but I want a forward option too. For that reason alone I've stuck with the stock Samsung browser for so long. Safari has it in iPhones, why is a forward option so much to ask for?
