Are there any websites that wil recommend me other websites based off similar sites?
Like a music recommendation engine, but for websites.

Seriously, though, you can really only find stuff you already know about or know the keywords for OR trawl through thousands of similar results until you find something acceptable.
Take porn, for instance. If you're looking for a good tube site and you input 'free streaming porn' into Google, you'll be sorting through results for years.
There ought to be some service that can expedite the sorting process rather than the searching process.
Furthermore, searching for "sites like X" often only yields useful results when you click on a Google result that features humans sharing findings.
