Most likely no, but I don't think selling any cables with HDDs is a common practice. Usually you need power cable which is a part of your PSU, and signal cable, which usually comes with your motherboard.

The GPU acts weird, like it has to warm itself to work.

We'll also have to see just how large if a difference there is between the two cards in dx12.
For example if the 1060 can push 980 level performance in dx11 and come close to the 480 in dx12 it might still be the better buy.
I might be a little biased in this though because there really aren't that many games coming out that I care about anymore. From this year I plan on getting Deus ex, doom, and no man's sky. Guys I just got a Moto G4 Plus, its my first android, Everything else is fine and i figured out most of it but the phone doesn't seem to list any updates for any of the apps including google apps like chrome , music, calendar etc, I have logged into Play store with my G+/mail account and I checked the settings>about phone>software update too and it said my phone was up to date.

Something weird going on.
I plug my headphones to the frontal panel like usual, but the jack seems to be loose. The thing is, while the Realtek panel stops detecting the jack (that is, I connect it, it detects it but suddenly tells me that a jack was disconnected if I leave the thing alone) sound still works just fine.
Any ideas? It does seem loose, as if I pull just a tiny bit it will definitely stop working, but if I don't even touch this thing it works correctly after showing that "jack unplugged" message.

no it isn't standard behavior. Usually the playstore will show you exactly which apps need to be updated and you'll be able to update all of them. You can even set up auto updates.
In your case though it might be possible that your apps are already up to date which is why it's not showing anything.
The reason the app will show up under both installed and all is pretty simple. The installed list will show any app that you yourself have downloaded from the play store and installed. The All category will show everything on your phone that comes included with it and the apps you have installed.
Think of it as the difference between the applications and processes menus in the windows task manager.

Did you buy your phone new or used?
Google play services should be running otherwise the play store wouldn't be working at all. Try poking around the play store settings and see if there's some settings turned off that checks for updates or something like that.
Other than that maybe just try restarting the phone. I don't really know what else to do since I've never experience anything like this.

Everything is seated properly,
There are no errors or warnings in the logs.
