They are somewhat popular so maybe the traffic is high or they are doing maintenance. If you want a private stable email, go to privacytools.io and choose a paid one from there. I paid 12$ for a year at mailbox.org, they give you some cloud space and office utilities, also a shitton of settings, I like them. If you don't want to pay a few dollars per year, then get back to Google or try to appreciate what the people at Tutanota are doing for you at no cost.
