What exactly happened and how can I fix it if there is any damage done, I dont see anything changed

I dont know what you're referring to. But when the "Click 121 million different street signs" popped up, Noscript made a pop up referring to a click attack, but I accidently clicked the panel away. So I have no clue what the hell I clicked.
