I have a keyboard im trying to fix. This black wire used to be connected to one of these, i dont
know which one. Anyone got a clue?

Top to bottom:
VDD
GND (ground im guessing)
D+
D-
S

Thats a USB 1.1 or 2.0 line.
VDD = Power +5V DC
GND = Ground (0V)
D+ / D- = Data differential pairs.
S = Shield (usually grounded)

Whats wrong with them? Solder joints looks crusty, reflow them.
