There is a site called porn WikiLeaks that's posts personal information about porn stars online. This info was stolen from the med clinic in Los Angeles where all the porn stars get their regular std testing. In each post the dude that runs it publishes a picture and stage name of the porn star next to real name and birthdate. I was wondering what laws online make this site legal? Why is the regular WikiLeaks ran by Julian Assange banned online but this knock off is perfectly legal?

I'm pretty sure this is extremely illegal because medical information is private by default and a person has to give explicit consent to release it even to medical facilities. This site is likely up because the person and site are based in a shithole that doesn't care and also because it's not well known.
