Well I kind of like xfce4, I find it way more customizable than gnome

Also, it is so light. Install a good theme and Compton, then enjoy. I tried Gnome, Cinnamon, KDE, Mate, i3. Honestly, Xfce is the best DE I ever used, nu plans to change it. Really hope the development team will not abandon it.
