No. The usage of Latin and Greek in science/medicine is a holdover from when all scientific research was published in prestigious dead languages so as to raise the barrier of entry and keep the commoners out.
English is pretty much the defacto universal language of technology OP. There are a couple programming languages that use words in different languages (like a Japanese one) but they're mostly just novelties.
