Anyone have the Samsung Gear VR?
May pick it up for shits and giggles, but with things like google cardboard being dirt cheap I'm not sure whether I should waste my money on or waste my money on the google cardboard

if you already have an s7 I'd say go for it, most normies are pretty impressed with the 360 videos and party games
sideloadvr has some cool demos also
it's not as good as the vive, don't expect anything groundbreaking
but u can hook it up to a gaming pc & use it as a monitor with trinus vr imo making it worth it if you have a high end phone already

the 3d porn is a cool gimmick, pretty realistic
the gear vr displays 3d content very well
i wouldn't buy it specifically as a porn box, but now that I think about it - it's all the vr does well besides party games and spoopy vidya
I have one it's pretty nice, doesn't have too much apps yet they will probably make more and it's quite easy to dev your own apps, browsing is quite nice, watch Netflix in a big ass theater and other things, vr porn is nice, watched one video from pornhub and it is good. I tested it and they are worth the price: the difference between the cardboard or a cheap vr headset and the gear vr is huge, gear vr is 1000 times better. After that, it's a cool toy but nothing that you'll use everyday

Porn's pretty good on it. I don't use any of the interactive stuff, just regular 2D porn on a big cinema screen. The main reason I like it is because my desktops monitors are glossy glass, so every now and then while I'm jerking off I get a glimpse of myself, and that just makes me feel fucking pathetic. But this eliminates that problem, only gripe is its uncomfortable, cheap build, pixels are too intrusive (s8 better be 4k), and it sometimes fogs up depending how fast you hammer. Otherwise 7/10, I use it if I can be fucked side loading porn on my phone.

I don't think it is worth it. I have tried using Trinius VR but you cannot use it with USB. You are left with streaming the content from your gaming pc to your phone. Things will lag and the slow response to input is the dealbreaker.
