I've never seen pressure marks suddenly appear on an LCD that had been poked in the past. That's not how it works. If it still looks fine, it will continue to look fine.

That being said, you should actually check it for pressure damage by displaying various solid backgrounds, most importantly white and various shades of gray, and look for any lighter or darker spots about the size of a finger. If there are any, hold the normie responsible.
