So, mi PC (Laptop) is going slow and every day passes it goes slower. My PC is pic related a Win 7 SP1.
Already tried:
>CCleaner (Shite)
>Disc Defrag (barely makes any difference)
>System Restoration (no longer have back ups)
>Clean Hardware (no difference)
I wanted to try to restore PC to factory settings but i need a Win 7 disc which I haven't got.
Also i heard that i could change my OS to a Linux based which was way lighter but i read that a year ago or so so no longer remember.

A dual core pentium is garbage and has been for years.
Clean Windows 8.1 install.
Uses less resources than 7.

Ah wait, if you're on Windows 7 you need the system update readiness tool instead. It will refresh everything almost like a clean install.

Try it, you can always roll back. My spare PC has the same specs as yours and it handles Win 10 just fine.
