Boss tasked me with doing some research on libraries for process management on Windows.
Stuff like starting multiple processes, distribute them on cores, checking if they're alive, gathering data, etc.
Is there a framework made for this? I know that everything so far can be done in C# alone, but the project is huge and there will be much more to do. A project where they gave the whole structure more thought than I have to time to would be great. Best performance is crucial.
If not, what are some starting points I should read into? Also, no Java.
