How can you tell if a tv or monitor has physical damage
Google is useless

Does it look physically damaged? No? Then it is not damaged.

I don't see any exterior cracks
And that middle part is very faint when I shine a flashlight on it with the tv off
It's still under factory warranty but idk what happened

Bump
>>55232003
Something hit it and the glass cracked. Your TV us fucked op
>>55232524
Glass isn't cracked though
>looks like obvious impact damage
>>55232544
the glass has sustained the damage, but it has receved a shock that bent it enough to put pressure on the panel, enough pressure to break it, hence the black hole.
the pressure might came from behind if the tv's frame is thin enough.
this is not rocket science.

Not the external plastic. The internal glass that makes up the actual panel. An LCD screen is essentially two panes of glass pressed together.

do you have kids or something? they don't break like that on their own and unless you threw your controller at it someone else did it.
