So /g/ I have a dilemma. I haven't been here in a while. I'm wondering if I'm bottlenecked.

990fx Asus am3+ board
Phenom II x4 955 @4ghz
12gb ddr3 @1600mhz
R9 380(4gb)
750 watt psu
7200rpm hdd

I want more fps in game. I can either buy an fx8350 or a second r9 380 and crossfire. That's where my budget is. My friend says to get a second r9 but my gut tells me that phenom II is what is holding me back. I play a lot of fallout games and killing floor 2 lately, as well as gta 4 and 5. What would you do with roughly $200?

Go to Skylake, wait for Zen or wait for GPU competition in one or two months.
