Am I the only person who bought a T410? Everybody else seems to have gone for the T420 and I don't know why.
I recently just found my T410 in my attic. Fixed it up and now I haven't a clue what to do with it.

I've never worked with switches that crashed as often as Provision switches do and that need to be RMA'd as often as they do.
I work for one of the biggest HP networking partners and re-sellers so I deal with these pieces of shit daily. They should scrap the whole product line and just sell Comware based switches.

See, here I am just the opposite. I've never had a problem with HP switches, ever since they started shipping rebranded 3com shit.
The RMA department was great when I did have trouble with a fan unit on an ancient 4000m though.
I think once I had a bad port on a switch once, which was replaced same day. So... not too bad considering how many switches I've managed for that site.

What part of "one of the biggest HP networking partners" don't you understand? I've been there for 6 years now. I've configured at least 500 of them firsthand and designed networks that have used 1000s more.
I work with all models of HP switches from low-end to high-end everyday. The Provision switch line is a pile of shit.
