go to www.whatsmyip.me and it (if working correctly) wont display your actual IP, but instead the Tor exit node IP address. In your case, it should display 217.115.10.132 (if im reading it right...)

No. Smartphones with Sim cards broadcast their location to towers and data sent to them is easy enough for LE to grab. They probably won't be able to see what you are looking at but with the current state of people privacy just haVing TOR could be probable cause. Get a burner laptop with TOR and use public WiFi while wearing a disguise.
