I had a company recently send me a similar type of ergonomic mouse for review and to make suggestions for future models. Overall it wasn't BAD, but it just takes so long to get used to it, took me a full 5 days of regular use to really feel comfortable with it. And on top of that it was wireless and it kept giving random disconnections because my computer is ~5 feet away.
Also it didn't have a forward or back button which I regularly use so that sorta bugged me.

I actually used one of these for about a week. It was very strange for about an hour or two, but after a while it grew on me. It's actually pretty comfy once you get used to it.
