What? What does that mean? What's up with the racism?

>>55142851
But how?
>>
>>55142818
Just change your password and if possible use 2 step verification
>>
>>55142880
Probably MITM, you likely have shit security and someone hijacked your session.
>>
>>55142705
Isn't that just a notification that you tried to use gmail without a googleapproved application? I needed to turn that shit off to get any non microsoft/google mail client to work with gmail.

>2010+6

>>55142893
Isn't two step bothersome? I mean you have to input some bullshit code everytime you want to see your mails and shit.
>>
>>55142893
Will do.
Do you have any idea how that could've happened, tho?

>>55142911
Shitty security? How so?

>>55142912
Idk man. I don't own a smartphone and I don't live in India.
>>
>>55142927
You know what is even more bothersome? Getting hacked by some filthy Sanjeet
>>
>>55142933
>Idk man. I don't own a smartphone and I don't live in India.
I'm talking about desktop clients. Whatever change your pass asap and enable two step. You're probably already on a list from those underground wannabe hackers.
>>
>>55142913
Fucking this !!
>>
Someone got your password somehow- guessed it, same password used on another compromised site, keylogger, etc.

Change your password and enable two factor authentication.

read the fucking rules

>>55142984
i use the same pass for all my websites

You used the same username+password on a site that got hacked most likely.

Or you might have a botnet.
>>
>>55142933
>Do you have any idea how that could've happened, tho?
Some random dude found your email and tried to log in, shit happens

He does.
>>
>>55143031
how do you know?
how can I remove botnet?
>>
>>55142705
Yeah, but Google blocked the sign in attempt. Just change your password, it's fine.
>>
>>55143045
Install Windows 7, enable 2-factor authentication on your Google account

>use the same pass for all sites
Are you retarded? Some sites store it as plaintext, some sites use weak methods to salt the password (so programs can easily guess them).

Use Lastpass ($12 USD/yr, may be cheaper in brazil or spain whatever for multiple devices) or Keepass (free if you configure the sync mechanism) to securely sync your passwords across devices and protect them with one password if you have an ounce of common sense. Else use a unique password everywhere or *at least* use a unique, strong password for the important shit.
>>
>>55143062
>Use Lastpass
Don't. Why the hell would you store your passwords on someone else's computer?
>Keepass
This.
>>
>>55143062
It's because I wouldn't remember all the different passwords
>>
>>55142768
You got that street shitter impression down to a very convincing level that I wouldn't be surprised if you're actually one.
>>
>>55142994
>I use the same pass for all my websites

Your options:
1. Use unique passwords
2. Use a password manager
3. Enable 2 step verification everywhere
4. Get fucked, cabaço

>implying that Windows 7 doesn't have the same shit that Windows 10 does
>>
>>55143115
It doesn't. If you don't install the spyware updates the OS doesn't make any unsolicited connections to the Internet.

>>
>>55142705
I've had the same thing happen to me few years back. Someone in Beijing tried to log in on my account. Changed my password and never heard anything from it again.
>>
Seriously, just enable two-factor authentication if you haven't already. You don't even need to wait for an email or anything if you install the Google Authenticator app. It's five (or less) minutes to prevent shit like this from ever happening.
>>
>>55143210

i thought they found out what my password was, but since they live in another country, google figured out it wasn't me and blocked.
>>
>>55143384
Someone used something not-outlook and not-browser to try to get into your account with your password. I would consider that pass compromised because you don't get such emails when you mistype your own pass right?
>>
>>55143384
They did figure out your password. Change it.

I use keepass.

I keep one database on my phone and one on my laptop. I did in the past keep the db online and keyfile offline, but decided against it eventually.

All the changes I make I make with my laptop and then sync the file to my phone, takes some seconds with wifi. This way I always have my database with me everywhere.

>Posting your full name online, verified by Google
10 years ago this would have been fucking taboo and you would feel like you just gave a crack addict your house keys and went on vacation; now it's completely ok because Facebook and Google raised a generation of people for whom privacy is an archaic, dumb idea. I wish I was 20-something again on the earlier-ish 1.0 web.
