I have both. For

http://huehuehua.com/ there is a CentOS 6 with WHM and Its pretty bad at everything and .br is constanly trying to abuse the SSL. But does it everything easily.

http://insecurelabs.net is on headless Ubuntu cloud installation and I couldn't be happier.

I really like how the community comes together to work on projects in CentOS but thats it. I don't like RHEL and I don't like cPanel.

in short. Ubuntu 16.04 I like better than CentOS 6.
