Go weak on the CPU and hard on the GPU.
Use a power calc for your parts, it should give you a max load estimate. Take this number and multiply it by 1.4 that should be the largest PSU you buy assuming you get 80 PLUS certified, sweet spot if 50% to 75% of PSUs max load. Do get 80 PLUS certified, cheap PSUs can fry everything.
With 900, there is no reason to not get 16 gigs of ram. Ensure it is dual/tri/quad channel.
If you aren't playing the newest games coming out you could save money and get a g3258. Friend gets 340+ FPS in league with a 400 dollar pc.

Power supply units, PSUs have a sweet spot for efficiency. Most are best in the 50-75% of their max load. So a 400 W PSU would be ideal for a 200-300 W power load. This also leaves you breathing room in case it needs more than the estimated load.
Most games aren't CPU intensive so a build with a GPU twice the price of the CPU is a safe bet.
