Any android device that supports SDXC microsd cards will support this one. For those that don't, it's possible to format it in fat32 in order for it to be accepted (see moto e using 128GB microsd cards).
So in theory any Android device that has a microsd card slot will support the 256 samsung microsd card.

Those are sequential speeds and can be maintained as long as the card does not get too blistering hot. Typically the real world sustained write speed (ie copying a 10GB movie) will be around 80MB/s. That's still plenty fast and means a 10GB movie will be written to the microsd card in ~2 minutes.
