Did I do good? Will be used entirely for gayming.

No opie, unless you needed a 2nd gen cpu cause your old one shit itself and you didn't feel like replacing the old motherboard.

>Falling for the Intel Jews releasing CPU's with little to none gaming performance year after year
Really anon, there's almost no difference in gaming performance from Sandy Bridge to Skylake.

Only tangible gains are in power consumption.

Buys meme7.
Says explicitly it's for gaymen.
Actually think this b8 isn't obvious.
1/10 made me reply.
What a waste. I just got my 6700K for $150 haha
>>55115196
Keep fucking dreaming, guy.
>>55112511
It's great finding Sandy era parts for no money. Got a 3930K and board for $300 and OCd to 4.5. Fucking fantastic deal.
>>55112365
Why are you even here?
You might not wanna hear this but transistors degrade by usage over the years, even more with overclocking.
>>55115245
I'm a retail employee. Intel Retailedge discount is pretty nice :)

sell me one senpai
>>55115245
:^)
downside is you have to work retail. not bad for part time work to coincide with school though.

and only 1 per person, 2 deals per year.
>>55115562
so you basically got a $200 bonus? Not bad, but my boss usually gives me a week's paycheck and an actual gift as a christmas bonus.
It will be fine. Specially if you OC it.

A somewhat decent cpu power comparisson using a processor heavy psx2 emulator.

Shh, shh, we mustn't disrupt the wage-cuck's nonexistent expectations. As long as he's happy with being thrown scraps, the economy can keep chugging. If the plebians ever demanded real compensation, the entire house of cards would collapse.

Nope. Completely separate and optional. And I'd rather be an 18-year old wagecuck in college making $11.50/hr than a neet who needs mommy to buy computer parts

You've done horribly
>>55112511
that's not the point. you fucking overpaid mate. that shit is 5 fucking years old. i've seen complete i7 2600 systems go on CL for little more than that ($200-225)

clearly no disruption of those wage cuck expectations occurred.
He's not talking about needing mummy's credit card for your PC.
He's talking about having a real job where $200 savings on a processor isn't even worth waking up in the morning.

>using the smiley with a carat nose
Why the fuck would anyone buy a used pc component? The risk is crazy. It could take out 100s of dollars of components. If the CPU is used couldnt it potentially not reach the performance you want? Cant return it. Just makes no sense to me. I bought a FX 8350 for the same price and get incredible performance at ICE FUCKING COLD temps. Idles at as low as 11 celcius and on load like 56.
Smh Intel is nice but I would never buy a used pc component.
>>55118607
The risk is extremely low for durable parts like CPUs
