Depends on what you do. If you're just going to be writing, taking notes or doing math most of the time, get the 0.7 (or even the 0.9 if you don't feel confident).
If you do a ton of art, and don't want to use wooden pencils/lead holders, I would highly recommend the 0.5 GraphGear, as it allows you to do stuff like crosshatch and make finer lines than the 0.7.
I wouldn't recommend the 0.3, but maybe the 0.4. The 0.3 is way too small unless you count on doing some really detailed stuff, and you can't find 0.4 mm refills anywhere.
