Why are harddrives even rounded to whole numbers like they are?
I'm sure that when Western Digital, or whomever, creates a new harddrive that it isn't EXACTLY 2TB. Like, the best they could've done is made it 2.34TB, but decided to purposefully round it down to 2TB for reasons.
I wouldn't mind at all if they created the best possible product they could and it had some weird off amount of space.
