a.) those things only work if the page is allowed to run JS. Disable JS in uMatrix and no right-click-blocker will work.
b.) Firefox at least has an about:config setting that disallows JS from being able to intercept the context menu, that will stop right-click faggotry even when JS is running. (dom.event.contextmenu.enabled = false)

Only subscribe to filters that block domains. Don't use things like easylist or fanboy's list. Those will block elements based on their name or resolution and this is what actually triggers anti-adblockers.
