I called them and asked. They're actually pretty nice people. The lady who answered put me on the phone with this guy whose beard sounded like it was at least a foot long, so I know he was legit. Anyway, he told me they only use their offices in Virginia and Maryland to deploy attacks, so it would be waste to block anything else.
