Like buddy said, go to one of the many free "learn to program" sites or pick up a book if you got some money. C#, Python, Java are some examples that are easy enough to get into.

I began learning C++ with the "for Dummies" book... it's was pretty clear and teach you the basics if you dont know shit about programming... later i learned some important techniques in a games programming tutorial on youtube.. the channel is "ChilliTomatoNudle"... Later i bought the book "Principles and practice using C++" by Bjarne Srtoustrup...

Read "The Yellow Book". You can find it for free from the guy's website. Video tutorials are memes that trick neckbeards into thinking they're 1337 h4x0rs because of their copy/pasting skills. Also why we have shit like Java bloat and people who unironically use PHP.
