Who gives a shit what it LOOKS like? What does it run like? Does it expose the functionality you need? How easy is it to verify the settings you care about? That's what you should be looking at.
MSI boards suck. I hate mine. It has issues where it'll bluescreen if I try to use a UEFI install of Windows.
