I had a cherry easyhub, it was well built with a metal base but the square keys without the diagonal edges are a hell to type with and tooke me months to get used to (it died from a spilled drink)
Got a (spillproof) fujitsu 910 but this shit barely lastey beyond the 1 year warranty, with keys getting (physically) stuck, creaking and being louder than even a mechanical KB.
Currently considering a Rapoo KB, they look sexy and the build quality is solid but the arrow keys freak me out a little

MOST rubberdomes are kinda in between linear and tactile. They have a very linear tactileness (and are generally 'slow' feeling). A linear vs a tactile switch sits on polar opposites of the rubberdome.

Yes. Rubber domes are more tactile than most Cherry MX switches because the latter are ultimately linear by design.

Not necessarily. For me, mechanical switches are simply a means to a more consistent and pleasant typing experience. Whether you like feedback or not is entirely up to preference, though personally I can't stand linear switches.

Hey not sure if anyone can help me with this, but I just bought a Ducky One TKL and can't seem to get the media keys to work for the life of me. The instructions say the FN + Window + A B or C will do things to the volume(which is mainly the thing I'm concerned with), but it just doesn't seem to work. I've tried switching profiles, but that doesn't do anything either.
Anyone know anything about what I'm dealing with? I'm sure I'm just being retarded or something, but it's a little frustrating.

So i Just got my first MK, it's a Filco Ninja Majestouch 2 TKL.
I'm looking for Red key caps like the ones in the image, with white lettering on the front side of the key, anyone know where I'd be able to find some in the UK?

Could just swap some of them keys and remap, no big deal. From what I hear Model F's feel and sound incredible, so the layout really doesn't bother me.

Yeh I think you can just use a passive AT to PS2 then active PS2 to USB adapter and it'll work on any modern machine, pretty awesome considering how old these things are.
