Make sure that your computer is dual core because if you have two installation of windows 32bits to make a 64bits you need two core to handle the double 32bits resulting in 64bits.

minecraft fps depends on your pcus cpu speed so you need more cpus. if you get two 2ghz ppus you can add them and have 4ghz which is what professional game servers have. you don't want more than 64 bits because your're electric bill.
