Having a TDP higher than power draw is due to logic density, and target temperature range.
Power going in always comes out.

If I can get my dick on this I'm just going to sell my 380 on CL to some dumb fuck for $100 and basically have just a $100 upgrade that uses less power, runs cooler, and gets more performance.
