So I'm getting ready to start buying pieces for my pc, I was wondering if any of you had any good recommendations for a case. I kind of like the one I found, but I'm still not sure about it. Pic related, its the case Im thinking of

r5

also attached is the list of parts I plan on getting

>>
>>54948438
For my next build I will either mod a powermac g5 case or get the ncase m1.

That's an alright case, though I'm not so fond of cube cases
>>
>>54948438
the fans on cases like this are usually crap so I wouldn't recommend it unless you plan on replacing them.
>>
>>54948494
what about price? the case Im thinking of is $60 and I dont really want to go over that
>>
>>54948516
eventually I would replace the fans, but not right off the bat. I'm building this on a budget. This whole thing, peripherals included, is around $700-800

Airflows shit. My r9 390 runs about 7C colder when the side panel is removed
>>
>>54948520
I'm really not too concerned about price because I'm not building on a budget and I'm buying over an extended period of time.

Generally if you are building on a budget you want a cheap case so you can spend more on the actual parts. If you like that case the most from the $60 bracket then that is what you should buy

I'd rather go for something like:

http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16811146078&cm_re=source_210-_-11-146-078-_-Product

but if you like the look of yours it's perfectly fine. at that price point you can't do much wrong. just check reviews and if there aren't any red flags you can cop it.

What about those mini it cases or whatever I have to admit I didn't like those smaller form factors at first but they look great
>>
>>54948744
those by Phanteks are pretty great too, all around probably one of my favorite manufacturers
>>
>>54948693
I actually really like that. It could use a bit of flair but I can always do a bit of painting on it

This case is bretty good for a budget build anon, can confirm. Only 1 front USB is my only real gripe, that and it's much larger than it looks online. Plenty of space for expansion and cable management, even has top mounted fans for a radiator. and the fans aren't really that bad.

I have the case in your picture. It's a great case, lots of space. The only thing I didn't like was that the standoffs were completely threaded wrong like a retarded ape had done it. I had to end up getting standoffs from work.

I beg to differ. Pic related.

What? There's a USB 3.0 and 2x USB 2.0
