Livestreamer issue. I have been using it with VLC and it starts

Livestreamer issue. I have been using it with VLC and it starts artifacting and stuttering like this, with MPC-HC it does the same thing, and with BSPLAYER the audio starts getting delayed by literal fucking seconds and theres nothing I can do to fix it.

Even fucking TWITCH with flash performs better, I reinstalled my livestreamer and I restarted my PC and whatnot, what is causing this issue, and what other player should I try?

Twitch uses HLS streaming so try adding

--hds-segment-threads 5 --hls-segment-threads 5
