Can I downgrade my bios by including the flash software (.exe) from the manufacturer's website to a windows 7 bootable installation flashdrive, and then accessing cmd by pressing shift+f10 to run the executable file and flash my bios? Or will that brick the computer?

Just turn on "legacy BIOS" mode in your UEFI.

I'm glad my new mobo don't have that UEFI bios. Daz loader isn't compatible with Uefi. would have to pay for my win 7 or god forbid pay for a win 10 license.
